hi
Srini,
its
simple..
wt u
do is
1) While Creating your crystal report give the input in the designer
wizard as a typed dataset(Which you create as usual).
2) Now
when the user selects the fields which have to be displayed in the report,
you will be selecting only those fields into your dataset as
select field 1,field 2 from table1 --Query.
3) You
will store this result set in your typed dataset.
4)
open your
report in a crystal viewer control.
Thats
it Your job is done.
Hope
it meets with ur requirements
Regards,
Ravi Lanka

Hi Guys,
I am new to crystal reports. I have the following scenario.
i have one aspx page. In that page with in tab control almost
100 fields are there. based on user's field or attributes
selection and based on defining criteria (i mean empid between
100 to 150, and based on different dates between), we need to
create report in web forms, by using vb.net and asp.net, and
sql
server. Is it possible or not. If possible how can i proceed
please let me know. If u have any sample code, that should be a
great help for me.
Thanks
srini.
