Hi ,   At present , i will not be able to give the exact answer that how to run 
the script if disabled in browser , which i think might be possible even , but 
one thing is for sure that scripting if disabled at browser level , javascript 
will not get executed , i tried this in my system and found this to be working 
.   This is how you disable javascript or any other active scripts :   
http://www.chami.com/tips/internet/021398I.html   essentially -- Tools - 
InternetOptions - Security - ActiveScripts - disable .   and refresh your page 
you will see the effect , infact you can do it with Bdotnet the Reply window is 
via javascript , diasble it , refresh the page and try pressing on Reply .
