Accessing the MSI through IE and installing the project successfuly in a client machine with Desktop Shortcut. When I click the shortcut from the desktop it opens the application successfuly. But I am using some configuration file for this project. After editing some information in the configuration file when I start the application from the desktop. This shortcut invokes the MSI from the temporary internet folder and reinstall the application again. I could not understand the behaviour. Can anybody HELP on this.
