Dear Velmurugan,   Hi,   Happy New Year to u as well :).   You actually dont 
have to worry about database connections where they are stored in vs 2005 , as 
VS 2005 contains an App Folder.   This folder contains your Connection Strings 
and Application settings for the current project.   And in order to use 
Database Connections is the same way you would , as in VS 2003. The Server 
Explorer is @ the rescue.     I hope this answers your question.   If not plz
