OR 02: Open [inetmgr]Internet Information Service --> Create virtual path to the application folder --> Select the Default website from the IIS--> Right click and select new --> Click on "Server Extension Web" [NOTE : Here is Directory name is exactly same as virtual path name]--> Follow the wizard and complete.
