I have changed my Regional Options from the default locale: English(United States) to Sani, Inari(Finland). After this change I am not able to work with Visual Studio 2003 at all. Even if I open new Windows Application (c#), it is going to infinite loop and an exception is being thrown. The error is as follows. >>> An unhandled exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in mscorlib.dll Additional information: [Resource lookup failed - infinite recursion detected. Resource name: Arg_NullReferenceException] >>> I have also attached the snapshots of this exception. I am using WindowsXP, Microsoft Visual Studio 2003.
