Hi Sagar,
u can obtain the Text of the Label . wht u have to do is that in
the ItemCommand event try to obtain the control from the DataGrid.
like this:
Label l=new Label();
l=(Label) e.Item.Cells(2).FindControl("Label2");
i think this will Solve your problem.
