Microsoft Business Solutions Consulting Services is looking for an

Consultant who has a mix of hands on experience on business applications
implementation, architectural design, application customization using
development tools, and strategic business acumen. <o:p></o:p>

Current positions are for Technical (A) and Functional (B) consultants: Listed

He or she must have current and deep experience with implementation and
development of large Microsoft Business Solutions products, such as Axapta,
Great Plains, Navision and/or competitive Tier 1 ERP solutions such and SAP,
Oracle & People Soft. Other competitive products to consider are JD Edwards
and BAAN<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree and/or 10 or more years
experience in information technology and development with 4 or more years of
ERP development experience.<o:p></o:p>
The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of the Axapta data and object
model<o:p></o:p>
Experience with other ERP applications is a plus. Desired qualifications
include: Object Oriented Programming and Design experience / Microsoft SQL
Server experience.<o:p></o:p>

The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting/Business/MIS or
equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred. <o:p></o:p>
Position requires at least 10 years relevant working experience including
expertise in enterprise architecture as well as business solutions deployment.
Qualifications include hands-on experience in several of the following:
Financial, Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Costing,
HR/Payroll, <st1:City><st1:place>Enterprise</st1:place></st1:City> Application
Integration, <st1:City><st1:place>Enterprise</st1:place></st1:City> Application
Architecture. <o:p></o:p>
The Senior Consultant applies advanced analysis skills (design patterns, UML,
etc.) and experience in principals of business process design to define
appropriate customer solutions.<o:p></o:p>
The Senior Consultant must have proven experience managing projects through the
entire project lifecycle including managing of
multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while
maintaining high customer satisfaction. <o:p></o:p>
