Hi,   Very difficult question :). I hope you understand that its not easy to 
answer a subjective question like that. Nonetheless, there are a number of 
enhancements to sql server but i will list down new features here:-   1. 
service broker: this adds asynchronous messaging capability to sql server 2. 
notification services and sql reporting services is in built now. 3. enterprise 
manager has been replaced with sql management studio as an integarted 
development enviornment. there is no more query analyzer as well. 4. no more 
msde. now we have sql server express edition 5. security architecture has 
changed by including the concepts of schema. 6. dts is now SSIS (SQL Server 
Integration services) 7. CLR integration. now u can create sp, triggers, udf, 
udt, etc from within net 8. excellent database mirroring and snapshot features 
introduced 9. great xml capabilities. 10... and much more, please refer to the
