Hi Sanju,
if you are looking for custom authentication in ASP.NET then you can
achive your task using
HTTPModules(http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/issues/02/05/asp/). I mean you
can set windows authentication as authentication mode while deploying your
ASP.NET application. As bansal said, It is absolutely possible in ASP.NET 2.0
using providers(http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/issues/05/11/SecureWebApps/)
