Hi Rathod ! 
top.frames["YourNewFrameId"].location="yourTargetPageInThatFrame.aspx"; 
try this out. 
var frame1=top.frames["urFrameId"] will give u the frame object.take that 
object into frame1 variable as shown.and check out the properties available for 
that frame1 variable. 
if u set the location attribute value the page will get refreshed.
