I have "Online Exam" webapplication which contains default features like
Next,Submit,BookMark etc.(Same as any online exam).
Current Approach: The following operations will be performed when the user
clicks the Next button. (1) Update current Answer in the db
(2) Retrieve the next question
This approach works fine.But it goes to the DB many times i.e for each question
twice to the db which is a major performance issue.How to over come the issue.
Note : (1) If the user closes the browser at any point of time(even using
keyboard)
the results should be updated to the db and it has to resume where he
stoped. (2) Same time 1000 - 1500 users will access/write the exam. (3) The
user will write the exam from external place

server Does anyone suggest a better solution which over comes the performance
issue
