One simple solution is that you should remove the constraint from the database 
and try handling the issue at the coding level.  I mean that you can insert 
values in the order table and then populate the order details by getting the 
Order tables generated PK at the time of insertion. So when you delete the 
Order from the master table the details with the same PK would still be present 
to get updated and you can proceed with the update.   As far as I understand 
this is one of the issues in which we consider not entering the constraints in 
the Database at the initial level of defining the tables and constraints.
