WaitHandle.SignalAndWait(cSynDoGetMessage,
cSynDoGetMessageEvent)
Else
cSynDoGetMessage.ReleaseMutex()
End If
'once your uploading is done, you can release the event
cSynDoGetMessageEvent.set()
