This exe contacts the DB and fetch some values from the DB. Its working fine now.But my problem here is whenever there is a deadlock in the sql server, this exe throws that deadlock and stops functioning. My requirement here is whenever there is a deadlock, this exe should stop and restart by itself. Is there any way to achieve this? I am new to dotnet development and thinking of creating a windows service which keeps invoking this exe. would this work? If so, pls throw some light.
