I think it has built under Vista and u need some supporting files for Vista compatibility to work with WPF and all. Reply Reply to Sender Recommend Message 1 in Discussion From: Senthil-Maverick hi I just staretd with the first post of .Net 3.0 ... Net 3.0 ? Whats this ? just now we all changed to the latest .Net 2.0. This article gives a list on info on the latest 3.0 and what it is... Here we go ! Net 3.0 === .Net 2.0 + Few Base class libraries The New base class Libraries are: 1. WCF --windows communication foundation 2. WPF -- windows Presenttaion foundation 3. WF --- windows work flow foundation 4. INFOCARD. So the base is .Net 2.0 and the extra foundation libraries. when you install 3.0 its installs 2.0 frist and then the rest , but if 2.0 is already present in your machine, then it installls only the WCf, WPF, PF, and infocard. Net 3.0 is now in beta Shall keep you posted on the 3.0 as a series of posts! Thanks Senthil http://dotnetcrunch.blogspot.com View other groups in this category.
