Hi, 1. For handling the "selected index cahnged" in side the Data grid, u have 
to use the bubble event. 2.  As of u will get the dropdown list directly, so no 
need of the row index, and as of u know the cloumn (control index) in the grid, 
u can use the find control and bind the data to the next dropdown list.   
Another and best solution for this is to design one user control with both the 
Drop down lists and respective selected index changed events and use item 
template in the grd and use this control.   All d Best.
