Because without .NET framework .NET application will not run. Similarly for a Crystal Reports with ASP.NET or C#.NET crystal reports must be insatlled on target computer. If crystal reports is not avaliable on target computer your deployment setup application should have this. These crystal reports assembles can be included by useing merge modules which comes along with Visual Studio NET 2003. Finally, your application should have licence to run crystal reports. The licence is the main cause of KeyCodeV2.dll error. For this you have to register installed crystal reports using VS.NET 2003 and have to use that registration key, while designing the crystal report.
