you can as well do it like this create a database which has the GeneratemailId
PK, MailId, FromName, ToName, FromMailId, ToMailId
CreatedDate,ToSendDate,isSent(char) and write a windows service such that it
executes at a preset time. i hope this is most basic approach but there could
be alternatives like what Deepak suggested.

Surya, Basically you are looking at something with respect to
a Scheduler service. There are many ways to accomplish this. A Windows
scheduled task or a Windows (NT) Service. Remotely Hosted CRON to hit a
particular page on your webserver, which triggers the script to be executed
