Hi,
 
You can get the XML out of the DataTable in to a string and pass the string to 
the stored procedure.
In the Stored Proc you can get the required values out of it.

Could you clear me my doubt. Can i able to pass a data table to a stored 
procedure in windows forms of c# .net 2005? if yes, how can i acheive this 
functionality. please help me about the same. if possible please send me if you 
have any samples. Its urgent requirement. Looking forward for your kind 
response.
