Hi , I receive a message from a system folder and convert it to soap request
before calling Webservice. My webservice performs certain calculations and
returns value. This soap response is converted again to a normal format which
is to be placed in a system folder. I get a error as following: WebException:
Unable to connect to the remote server
SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine
actively refused it
