----------------------------------------------------------- From: contact4manoj Message 4 in Discussion Hi Ramesh. Sealed Classes are classes which are non-inheritable. Meaning. Cannot be further inherited into derived classes. They are normally used in the final versions of a class. For example, the System.String class is a sealed class. Another example is the System.Math class. When you create a sealed class, with a private constructor, and only static members, you end up with a class which can act as a single entity - something like a library of methods which can be commonly used across a particular solution. And since only one copy of this class would exist, you could use it to store application wide, single-entity variables and objects. Just make sure that these entities are declared public and static.
