Hi Ramesh.     Sealed Classes are classes which are non-inheritable.  Meaning.  
Cannot be further inherited into derived classes.  They are normally used in 
the final versions of a class.  For example, the System.String class is a 
sealed class.  Another example is the System.Math class.     When you create a 
sealed class, with a private constructor, and only static members, you end up 
with a class which can act as a single entity - something like a library of 
methods which can be commonly used across a particular solution.  And since 
only one copy of this class would exist, you could use it to store application 
wide,
 single-entity variables and objects.  Just make sure that these entities are
