if your image is outside the grid:
string url = Request.Url.GetLeftPart(UriPartial.Authority);
string parent = Page.ResolveUrl("~");
imgBanner.Src = url + parent +"/Images/Banner.gif";
if your image is inside the grid..
HtmlImage objImg = dlUser.Controls[0].FindControl("imgArrow1") as HtmlImage;
objImg.Src =url + parent + "/Images/Banner.gif";
