Hi Bala, Sessions are specific to a user so this won't solve your problem.   
You need to use an application level variable to store all users sessions.   I 
assume you do forms authentication.   Now that you have Cache (State Bag) 
present I would recommend using this instead of Application variable.   You can 
add each user to the HttpContext.Cache which is common for the application. You 
also get all the feature of cache.   Then you can read from it and loop through 
the records by having a user control to solve your problem.   Happy
