Hi Shwetha. The name of the file - .aspx.cs is just a good convention as 
propounded by Microsoft.  This is not a hard and fast rule.     Create your .cs 
file as shown earlier (the code is the same as in the .aspx.cs file), and 
ensure that you bind it to the ASPX Page in the @Page directive:   
<%@ Page Language="C#" CodeFile="Home.cs" Inherits="Home" %> Hope this was
