I assume you have any components added as reference and trying to access which 
is not available.But i'm not able to conclude anything..so pls elaborate.
(1) Cross check what you've refered and released from your reference. check 
here for same type of

(2) check call stack for any clue.
(3) check in windows event log for anyother event fires.

let me know specific component or referred in your project and events, so I can 
give a try :)
