----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: contact4manoj Message 2 in Discussion Hi Navaneeth. The best way of tracking your customer's progress through your website (irrespective of whether it is an HTML page or ASPX page), is to create an aspx page that generates a 1x1 pixel transparent gif image, and place this image in the html or aspx page using the IMG SRC="xyz.aspx" html tag. The aspx page can internally do what your HttpModule is doing, and generate the single pixel image. Another very important point. Avoid SESSION Variables as much as possible. Instead opt for ASP.NET Profiling or Server side StateDB. Hope this helps.
