hi, i believe you can use this: in Northwind db, for table -> employees, i
added a new field email and added the following data: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]

[EMAIL PROTECTED]' now as per your issue i do not want to have the letter 'o'
in my results: this query works: select email from employees
where email not like '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
and email not like ('[EMAIL PROTECTED]')
the result that is obtained for this query is:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
