automigrate is definitely something I can live without, but have
actually started to take for granted.  it's only really useful for
prototyping, you still need a real migration strategy for production
apps.

dm in general has been pretty good to us.  we're running 0.9.6 against
postgres and salesforce as backends with no real gripes.
