Boulder Ruby will hold its January meeting this Tuesday, the 17th, at 7pm at our usual location (directions below). David Kovsky will discuss a weird idea that came to him during a testing workshop during Rocky Mountain Ruby: removing pieces of implementations in other people’s projects and then making the tests pass again. It turns out this can be a good way to learn from others regardless of your current experience level.
Our meeting will kick off with food and drink courtesy of Pivotal Labs. Come by any time after 6:45 for refreshments and networking before David starts his presentation. http://boulderruby.org/meetings/2011/12/08/january-2012/ We're still looking for presentations in the coming months. I'm hoping to see some different faces presenting this year so don't be shy. Email me offlist if you're interested. Cheers, Marty Haught http://boulderruby.org Directions: Everlater/Pivotal Labs 1701 Pearl St Boulder, CO 80302 Use the 17th St entrance closer to the alley on the NE side of the intersection.
