Our August meeting will be on Tuesday, August 20th at Pivotal Labs Boulder Office (directions below). We'll start off with the optional beginner's track session at 6pm for those newer to programming (or just interested in the topic). I'll be leading a session on exercism.io and discussing the concept of practicing your skills outside of your work life.
Our generous hosts, Pivotal Labs, will have food and beverages on hand by 6:30pm where we'll gather for our typical socializing/networking block. Our first talk will commence after 7:15 with Fred Jean previewing his Rocky Mountain Ruby talk, Go Static My Friend. Joe O’Brien will be visiting us from Columbus, Ohio to present our second talk which will remain a mystery until the meeting. I'm confident you'll enjoy what wisdom he'll be sharing with you.
