Hello Everyone, We're finally moving on from our current website and mailing list.
First, the mailing list is being hosted by RubyForge, which has been officially sunsetted by Ruby Central. We have until May 15th to migrate off it. I've been talking internally about switching to Google Groups for most of this year so it seemed a perfect time to get it done. Please go sign up here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/boulder-ruby-group I will not be automatically adding or inviting anyone, so it'll be up to you to sign yourself up. By end of this year we'll shut down the list and exclusively use our Google Group. Our website, while not officially on the chopping block, hasn't aged well and my intention to do a redesign never materialized this year. We've talked internally about using Meetup.com and given the transition off the mailing list, it seemed time. We'll keep boulderruby.org as our domain for now but it'll do a meta redirect to our meetup page. All meeting details will be found there: http://www.meetup.com/boulder_ruby_group/ One great thing about meetup is we can do RSVPs for the meetings. I know the folks at Pivotal Labs would love to have a good estimate of headcount for ordering food. Please RSVP accurately since we'll be using it.
