I also shifted the BE-Web info from the main README into the BE-Web
specific info, translated the update_copyright.py script to from bash
to python (to make it easier to handle aliases, etc.), and ran the new
script.

There are some bzr-features in the copyright blurb, since I'm
currently using bzr-1.15.1, but I had been using bzr-1.3.1.  For
example, Chris is no longer listed in some files where his previous
interaction seemed to have been on a merge, see commits

  [email protected]
Also Gianluca enters the picture on many files due to the manual patch
issue we've recently discussed.  I don't know if there's a nice way to
deal with these issues, or if it matters at all ;), but feel free to
share and ideas...
