This is the only real, working stand-alone implementation of SDR and Beagleboard that that I know of that has actually made CONTACTS! Most notably 1350 miles on 1.5 watts from Richmond, VA to Berryville, AR, USA using FLDigi and PSK1 running in Angstrom Linux on the Beagleboard. The rig was an Small Wonder Labs PSK-20 QRP rig.

My prototype has gone on to acquire funding by TI and research team at Rose-Hulman Engineering Institute. It will be featured at the Dayton Hamvention 2010 this May. Come by and see us there!

Subject: Current beagle SDR status

Hi All,
After reading the emails at http://www.mail-archive.com/beagle-sdr@opensdr.com/,
I have some questions:

1. What is the current status of the Beagle SDR Interface board?
I found  Beagle_InterfaceBoard.pdf diagram from Professor Anderson, Rev.1 but I'd like to know if there is a new version for that.

2. Are the PCB layout and gerber files available? Or any other place that is selling the boards?

3. What is the estimated cost for the Beagle SDR Interface board for the BOM only?

Thanks a lot for everybody that has spent time doing this wonderful project.

Thanks

Marcos
