Ah, so you were able to edit the eeprom through a sys file then? A brief writeup on what you did would be nice so others have more concrete steps beyond my vague "it's somewhere in the directory tree". I'm perfectly happy poking through the file trees and source trees but there are a lot of people with different skillsets coming to these forums who might not..
