However camera support has to be in that kernel I think you are confusing terms and this happens to be also. DSPBIOS which was renamed SYSBIOS refers to the RTOS that TI provide. SYSLINK is an IPC connection between multiple processors on the same chip. If you are OK with an earlier kernel, then look at DVSDK which you will find on this page (http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/dsp/toolsw.page). This should have everything you need to get started.
