Started a Crowdfunding Project to fix the USB hotplugging on Beaglebone Black
http://igg.me/at/eMagii/x/5581172 With my patched driver, I do not see any problems. Have tried hotplugging a mouse, keyboard, USB serial (FTDI) and a hub.
