i have installed ubuntu 13.04 on to my bbb a6 following the instructions from this site http://ozancaglayan.com/2013/11/14/ubuntu-13-10-for-beaglebone-black-part-1/ i got the final image dumped into my sd card.I am not able to flash it into my emmc even after i press the boot button n wait so long.If i remove the sdcard i am booting with angstrom.When i was trying to access ubuntu through sd card to upgrade and then install avahi-daemon i get the following in the terminal. pls help out!!
