I have given up with all LCD capes, there are driver bugs in the 3.8 kernel as stated before (see my previous postings). Afaik Android uses the old 3.2 kernel an therefore works ok. Also, I have the impression that Angstrom development for the BBB is completely abandoned now. Just hope that the Buildroot people will soon have full support for the BBB...
