No,  it's not working either 

root@arm:~# systemctl
-bash: systemctl: command not found

In Ubuntu service is the command to use to start/stop/check services

root@arm:~# service
Usage: service < option > | --status-all | [ service_name [ command | 
--full-restart ] ]
