Hi Alberto, not entirely sure what your question is, but the SPI transmission rates can be anywhere from a couple of kilohertz to a couple of megahertz. It would pay to look at the datasheets or Technical Reference Manuals for the chips you are looking to interface. For example an Arduino can accept SPI speeds up to Fosc/2 or 8MHz.
Other, single chip, devices are sometimes lower than that around 1MHz. I doubt you will find an SPI operating at GHz speeds.
