Hi everyone, I'm able to connect my BBB to the router using an Edimax USB Dongle. The connection works fine and i can access Internet however i've noticed that it doesn't work the other way around:
If i try to ping my BBB from another computer in the same network i get "Request timeouts". After some testing i noticed that if I ping the router (192.168.1.1) from the BBB then the BBB can accessed from other computers in the same network for a short period of time (about 30s - 1min). Any network experts out there? Is it something related to my router? or maybe the Linux distribution (Ubuntu and Debian tested) using in the BBB?
