Any thoughts on creating a Python3 branch?  I'm not sure if that's possible 
given the dependencies of PyBBIO, but I'm curious as I've been trying to 
use Python3 for new development work, and having PyBBIO be available would 
be really helpful, versus recreating my own libraries.
