I have made those reasons very clear. 1) We don't have the capacity to support commercial use of these boards in products.
2) I did not design the board for commercial use in all these different products 3) The boards change as it is being improved and we are not going to continue to make old revisions of boards. . Circuitco is not allowed to sell BeagleBoard.org branded boards into commercial products. They can if they choose to, sell non branded boards for use under the direction of the purchaser of said boards who at that point is totally responsible for their operation as required by the purchaser..
