It is impossible to use all the eQEP inputs with HDMI enabled.  eQEP 0 does
not conflict with hdmi, and eQEP 1 is impossible to enable without
disabling the HDMI.  eQEP 2 requires disabling HDMI -or- disabling eMMC.
