Tried out the idea by running the program remotely and ended up with the 
same error. Did it again via DirectFB instead of EGL 2 and ended up with a 
Linux style BSOD (Black Screen of Despair). Luckily I could run my pygame 
demo (remotely) to reset the screen back to normal.
