Yeah, you get and use a serial debug cable, then log in via puTTY, or
preferred ssh client. This assumes:

1) the Debian image used has ttyO0 setup properly.
2) All the drivers / software packages for wifi needed are already
installed.
3) The Debian image used has openssh-server( or other applicable ssh server
) setup and running.
