I don't need to change to clock speed when the system its running. I want
to change it before and then run the system.
Using somthing like this:
import Adafruit_BBIO.GPIO as GPIO
import time
GPIO.setup("P9_22", GPIO.out)
GPIO.setclock("P9_22", 64000)  #and here 64000 = 64 khz
GPIO.output("P9_22",GPIO.HIGH)
