Either erase the eMMC or use the "--bbb-old-bootloader-in-emmc" flag
to setup_sdcard.sh. (note you'll probally have download master

But cape_disable/cape_enable is available for the beaglebone's

cape_disable=capemgr.disable_partno=BB-BONE-EMMC-2G
