You could also download the git version of "setup_sdcard.sh" and use
the "--bbb-old-bootloader-in-emmc"

rm setup_sdcard.sh
wget 
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/RobertCNelson/omap-image-builder/master/tools/setup_sdcard.sh
chmod +x setup_sdcard.sh
